Get in touch with our editorial team

Questions, corrections and suggestions are all welcome. Here is how to reach us, what we can realistically help with, and what happens after you send a message.

What we can help with

We read every message that comes through our contact details, and we are particularly glad to hear about factual errors, outdated information, or a myth we have not yet addressed. If a page states something about a piece of software that no longer matches its current behaviour, telling us is genuinely useful and often leads to an update.

We are less able to help with personal troubleshooting, such as diagnosing a specific fault on your own device, or recommending which software you personally should install. Our content is written for a general audience and deliberately avoids individual recommendations, so please treat any reply in that spirit rather than as tailored advice.

How to reach us

The most reliable way to contact us is by email at [email protected], which reaches the small team responsible for research and editing. Include a link to the page you are writing about if your message concerns something specific, since this helps us find the right context quickly.

If you would prefer to speak by phone, you can call +44 20 7946 0844 during standard UK business hours. Written correspondence can also be sent to Unit 12, 68 Kingsway, MK2 7IG London, United Kingdom, though email remains the faster route for most enquiries.

What happens after you write to us

Messages are read in the order they arrive. Straightforward corrections, such as a changed setting name or an outdated screenshot description, are usually reviewed within a few working days. Broader suggestions, like a new topic worth covering, take longer because they involve research before we can respond meaningfully.

We reply to every message that includes a genuine question or correction. We do not send automated marketing follow-ups, newsletters you have not asked for, or repeated requests to engage further. If we do not think we can help with something, we will say so directly rather than leaving you waiting.

A note on what this site is not

Because Digitalproductions does not sell software, accept sponsorship for coverage, or offer personalised recommendations, our replies will not include purchase links, discount codes or urgency of any kind. If a message asks us to endorse or promote a specific product, we will explain why that sits outside what this site does.

Our aim in every exchange is the same as our aim in every article: to be accurate, calm and genuinely useful, even when the honest answer is that we cannot help with a particular request.
